To remove cleartype completely from aero, that is you have to change the fonts inside the msstyle. Ive done that also changed everything segoe ui to be Tahoma instead since Segoe ui without cleartype is horrible. As Unconnected said, that is exactly what you have to do. I have included a modified Aero theme so that you do not need to change it for yourself, though my included theme will not work with versions of Windows 7 prior to the RTM.
