Print quality may decline in the top and bottom areas of the printout, or the area may be smeared when printing on media other than that listed above.
We recommend printing a single sheet to check quality before printing large jobs. Paper-Saving Cut: The paper is cut at the boundary between images the boundary between pages. However, the cutting position may shift slightly.
In this mode, the space between images is extended and the paper is cut twice inside this space. By cutting twice, an 18 mm slip of paper is left.
Normal Cut is selectable only when printing with Borderless selected. Note: Use the cutter after you attach it and adjust the cutting position. Refer to the Cutting position adjustment with Automatic Roll Paper Cutter for more details about the cutting position adjustment.
Auto Cut is selectable after the cutter is attached and Roll Paper is selected as the Paper Source setting. Select Portrait tall or Landscape wide to change the orientation of your printout. To print close to the bottom of the page, select the Rotate by degrees check box. Select the Double-Sided check box to print on both sides of the paper. Select the Folded Booklet check box to make single-fold booklets. For details, see Printing on both sides of the paper. Standard and Maximum are only available when Sheet Feeder is selected.
This feature is not available when Borderless or Roll Paper is selected. To center the printout, select Centered. To increase the printable area at the bottom edge from 14 mm to 3 mm, select Maximum. Note: The print quality may decline at the edges of the printout when Maximum is selected as the Printable Area setting. Before printing large jobs using this setting, print a single sheet to confirm quality. When Maximum is selected, make sure that the paper loaded in the sheet feeder is not curled.
These features are not available when Sheet Feeder is selected. Banner Mode: Select this mode when you want to print multi-page data as continuous data on the roll paper, rather than as individual pages. When this check box is selected, the Save roll paper check box is enabled.
Cut Sheet Mode: Select this mode when you want to print multi-page data as individual pages, rather than as continuous data. When this check box is selected, the Print page frame check box is enabled. Save roll paper: Select this check box when you want to save roll paper. When this check box is selected, the blank portion of the last page of your document is not fed through the printer.
This feature is only available when Manual Cut and Banner Mode are selected, and not available when cutting with the cutter. Print page frame: Select this check box to print a line on the roll paper between pages in a multi-page document to indicate where the paper should be cut. Launch Epson Connect Printer Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows 8. Click I already have an account , when the user account registration screen is displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your information and click Add. You can change the position and size of the watermark by dragging it with your mouse in the preview window at the left.
You can also add your own text-based or image-based watermarks to the Name list. Follow these steps. The following dialog box appears. Specify the desired image file, then click Open. To create a text-based watermark, click the Add Text button. Type the text in the Text box, select a font and a text style, then click OK. The image file name or the watermark text appears in the Mark Name list in the Watermark dialog box. To change the name of an image watermark, click it in the list, then type a new name.
When a text watermark is selected in the Name list, you can edit the text, and change the font and text style, by clicking the Edit Text button.
Setting the Print Time You can specify the time that you want the printer to begin printing your document. Click the Background Printing icon button in the Print dialog box. The Background Printing dialog box opens.
